The TC12 MGO-PAC Thermocouple Probe with Connector is designed to enable accurate, reliable and long-lasting temperature measurement in industrial applications where rapid installation and dependable performance are important. Because it is made with mineral-insulated (MgO) cable, the TC12 shows good resistance to vibration, mechanical stress, moisture and severe operating conditions, and the connector which is fitted by the manufacturer makes it possible to carry out quick installation and easy replacement of the sensor when carrying out maintenance. The TC12 is available in a variety of thermocouple types, sheath materials, junction styles, probe diameters, immersion lengths and connector choices and can therefore be set up for use in OEM equipment, industrial process systems, furnaces, ovens, plastics processing, food manufacturing, laboratories and power generation applications in which reliable direct-immersion temperature measurement is required.

The TC12 MGO-PAC Thermocouple Probe with Connector is designed for engineers, original equipment manufacturers and maintenance technicians who need reliable temperature measurement in harsh industrial environments. Because it is made with mineral insulated (MgO) cable, the TC12 offers good mechanical strength, a high degree of vibration resistance and long-term reliability, together with the advantage of having a connector fitted by the manufacturer to make installation quick and maintenance easier. It is meant for use in measuring temperature by direct immersion in process equipment in cases where accuracy, durability and ease of servicing are all important. The TC12 is a rigid, mineral-insulated thermocouple with a connector and is available in a variety of thermocouple types, sheath materials, junction styles, diameters and connector choices to meet a wide range of industrial application requirements.
Designed to satisfy a variety of process requirements, the TC12 comes in the form of Type J, K, E, N, and T thermocouples with junctions that are grounded, ungrounded, or exposed, enabling engineers to balance response time, electrical isolation, pressure capacity, and measurement performance. The sensor can be configured using sheath materials such as 304, 316, and 321 stainless steel, Inconel® 600, Incoloy® 800, Monel, and other special alloys, thus making it appropriate for use in corrosive, high-temperature, and demanding industrial processes.
Because of the integrated connector, it is possible to establish a secure electrical connection and at the same time carry out quick sensor replacements when carrying out maintenance, thus reducing the amount of downtime and making field service easier. The TC12 can be customized for new equipment, for use in OEM production and for replacement installations because there are a variety of connector types, process fittings, immersion lengths and accessories.
The TC12 is capable of providing stable and consistent temperature readings whenever it is used in furnaces, ovens, heat treatment systems, plastics processing equipment, food processing machinery, power generation systems, laboratories, or general industrial process equipment. Since it conforms to established industry standards, it is offered within the tolerances specified by IEC 60584, ANSI MC96.1, and ASTM E608, and optional calibration according to ASTM E220 is available, which gives engineers confidence in the performance of their measurements over the entire service life of the sensor.

Which connector type should I select for my application?+
