Application Note

The SSRTD Coil Winding Silicone Patch RTD with Lead Wire is designed to monitor temperature in coil winding applications. These surface-mount RTDs are ideal for measuring temperature on curved or irregular surfaces. In motor and generator systems, they are frequently employed to track the temperature of the end turns of the windings. Constructed with a silicone rubber material, these sensors offer flexibility and durability. The RTD elements are designed in a plotted configuration, enabling them to average the temperature over a larger area for more accurate readings.
